As part of this commitment, the BE Compliance Team actively monitors online and offline activities to ensure that every independent affiliate is operating within the guidelines set out in our Policies and Procedures. When violations occur, we do not take them lightly.
How We Handle Non-Compliance
When we detect or receive a report of a potential violation, our team follows a structured review process.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we take the following actions, such as Commission freeze, Account suspension and In cases of serious breaches, Termination.
