At BE, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical business practices. To protect our brand, community, and independent affiliates, we have established BE Red Lines - clear boundaries that must never be crossed. Violating these may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.
Below are the core BE Red Lines every independent affiliate must adhere to:
1. Misrepresenting BE as an Investment or Financial Product
BE is not an investment platform, brokerage, or financial advisory service. Independent affiliates must never position BE or any of its partnered tools as providing:
Investment guarantees or returns
Trading advice
Automated profits or “copy-paste” income strategies
Correct framing: BE provides educational tools and access to partnered platforms to help users learn about financial markets, trading strategies, and decision-making. These tools are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to provide financial advice or investment guarantees.
2. Making False or Exaggerated Income or Lifestyle Claims
Independent affiliates must not:
Claim or imply guaranteed income
Present BE earnings as a “salary”
Use phrases like “financial freedom” or “easy income” without approved disclaimers
Post specific income figures without the official BE Income Disclosure Statement
Required: Always include the approved disclaimers and Income disclosure statement link in any content referring to income, lifestyle, or results.
3. Aggressive or Manipulative Recruitment Practices
All recruitment must be transparent, respectful, and ethical. Prohibited behaviours include:
Pressuring or intimidating individuals to sign up
Withholding full information about BE before enrollment
Using misleading promises (e.g., guaranteed income, job offers, or false event/travel incentives) to recruit or persuade others to join BE.
Best practice: Always provide full and honest information upfront, and ensure participation is voluntary.
4. Registering Minors or Ineligible Individuals
Independent affiliates must never enrol anyone who does not meet BE’s eligibility criteria:
No minors (individuals below the age of majority in their country)
No use of false documentation
No registering individuals lacking legal capacity
Per BE’s Policies and Procedures, to become an Independent affiliate, a person must:
Be of the legal age of majority in their country
Have valid identification and documentation
5. Misusing the BE Brand, Logos, or Identity
Independent affiliates must not:
Use the corporate BE logo (use only the approved BE Independent Affiliate logo)
Create unauthorized BE-branded websites, social media pages, or ads
Reminder: Use only official marketing materials and assets provided by BE.
6. Violating BE Policies and Procedures
Independent affiliates must always follow:
The BE Policies and Procedures, including all BE policies and rules
All BE Compliance Guidelines
Non-compliance may lead to warnings, suspension, or account termination.
🛡️ How to Stay Safe and Compliant
Always use BE-approved marketing materials
Avoid making any unverified claims
Seek clarification from the Compliance Team if unsure
Take up the course/training suggested by BE
